1. Program Overview

The Auralux Partner Program allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring customers to auralux-usa.com through unique tracking links. Auralux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid, active website, social media presence, or marketing channel
• Agree to and comply with these Affiliate Terms and our Terms of Service
• Not be a direct competitor of Auralux
• Operate in a jurisdiction where participation in such programs is lawful

Auralux reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Enrollment

To join the Program, you must complete the affiliate application. Upon approval, you will receive access to your unique referral link(s) and affiliate dashboard. Approval is not guaranteed and Auralux may revoke approval at any time.

4. Commission Structure

Commission rates, qualifying products, and minimum payout thresholds are determined by Auralux at its sole discretion and are communicated through your affiliate dashboard. Auralux may modify commission rates at any time without prior notice. Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases made through your unique referral link and are not earned on:

• Orders that are cancelled, returned, or charged back
• Purchases made by the Affiliate themselves
• Purchases that violate our Terms of Service
• Purchases made after cookie expiration

5. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked via cookies placed on a visitor’s browser when they click your affiliate link. Auralux uses a last-click attribution model. Auralux is not responsible for missed commissions due to cookie deletion, browser privacy settings, ad blockers, or other technical factors beyond our control.

6. Payout Schedule

Commissions are reviewed and paid on a schedule determined by Auralux (typically monthly). A minimum balance threshold must be met before a payout is issued. Auralux reserves the right to withhold, delay, or forfeit commissions if:

• Affiliate Terms or Terms of Service have been violated
• Referral activity is deemed fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise improper
• Your account is under review or investigation
• Your account is terminated prior to payout

Affiliates are responsible for all taxes on commissions earned. Auralux will provide required tax documentation in accordance with applicable law.

7. Affiliate Content Rules

You are solely responsible for all content, advertising, claims, and representations you make in connection with the Program. All affiliate content must:

• Accurately represent Auralux products as research-use-only compounds
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
• Include proper FTC disclosure (see Section 9)
• Not make health claims, therapeutic benefit claims, or dosing recommendations
• Not suggest products are intended for human or animal consumption
• Not use Auralux trademarks, logos, or brand assets without express written permission

Auralux does not endorse and is not responsible for any content created by Affiliates.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on Auralux branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior written approval
• Use spam, unsolicited email, or misleading advertising methods
• Create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Misrepresent their relationship with Auralux
• Engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other fraudulent activity
• Promote products in connection with human dosing, weight loss claims, therapeutic outcomes, or medical advice
• Use content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Promote Auralux products on platforms that prohibit the promotion of research chemicals

9. FTC Disclosure

As an Affiliate, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Auralux in all content where you promote or link to Auralux products. This disclosure must comply with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255). A disclosure such as “I earn a commission on purchases made through my link” or “#ad” where appropriate is required. Failure to include proper disclosures is a violation of these Affiliate Terms and may result in termination.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Auralux may immediately suspend or terminate your participation for any violation of these Affiliate Terms or our Terms of Service. Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease using all Auralux affiliate links, promotional materials, and brand assets
• Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation
• Pending commissions may be withheld during any investigation period

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auralux, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your affiliate activities; (b) any content, advertising, claims, or representations you make; (c) your violation of these Affiliate Terms or any applicable law; or (d) any regulatory action brought against Auralux as a result of your activities. This indemnification survives termination of the Program.

12. Modifications

Auralux reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
