1. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options for all domestic orders:

Carrier selection (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is determined by Auralux based on destination, package size, and available service at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to upgrade shipping at no charge to the customer.

3. Free Shipping Threshold

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150.00 or more (before taxes and after any applied discounts) qualify for free 2-day shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the threshold is met — no coupon code required.

• Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states only
• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are excluded from the free shipping offer
• The $150 threshold is based on the pre-tax subtotal after discounts
• If an item is returned and the remaining subtotal falls below $150, the shipping charge may be deducted from the refund

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows after the order ships:

• Standard (3–5 business days): Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of the ship date. Remote locations may require additional transit time.
• Expedited / Free 2-Day (2 business days): Orders ship via UPS 2-Day Air and are delivered within 2 business days of the ship date.
• Overnight (1 business day): Orders placed and processed before 1:00 PM PT are delivered the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Auralux is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is picked up by the carrier.

You can also track your order at any time by:

• Logging into your Auralux account and visiting the Orders section
• Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier’s website
• Contacting our support team at hello@auralux-research.com

6. Packaging & Cold Chain

All Auralux products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides, which are stable at ambient temperature for short-duration shipping. We take the following precautions to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition:

• Products are shipped in sealed, airtight vials with tamper-evident closures
• All orders are packed in discreet, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to Auralux or peptides on the exterior
• Ice packs or insulated packaging may be included at our discretion during periods of extreme heat
• We recommend refrigerating your products immediately upon receipt and storing lyophilized peptides at −20°C for long-term stability

7. Shipping Restrictions

Auralux ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes (expedited and overnight services only — standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available via USPS)
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
• Any address where applicable laws prohibit the purchase, possession, or receipt of research chemicals

Auralux reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where shipping is restricted by law or carrier policy.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. Auralux is not responsible for packages undeliverable due to customer error.

If you do not respond to our re-shipment inquiry within 14 days of notification, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued for the merchandise total only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@auralux-research.com with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged outer packaging
• Clear photographs of the damaged product(s)
• A brief description of the damage

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement. We offer a one-time replacement per order for products damaged in transit, subject to review. Reconstituted products are not eligible for replacement.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Check with neighbors and building management
• Allow 24–48 additional hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely
• Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a missing package report
• Contact us at hello@auralux-research.com if the issue is not resolved within 3 business days

For shipments confirmed lost by the carrier, Auralux will work with you to resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

10. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Auralux is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@auralux-research.com. We will attempt to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been fulfilled.

11. Holidays & Delays

Auralux observes all major US federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

During peak periods (including holidays, promotional sales, and product launches), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

Auralux is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds on shipping charges.
